Refund Policy

1. Introduction

PC Edu is committed to providing quality education and training services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted for payments made through our platform.

2. Registration / Admission Fee

The registration or admission fee paid during enrollment is used for administrative processing, student onboarding, and account setup.

• Registration or admission fees are non-refundable.
• Once a student account has been created and activated, the fee cannot be refunded.

3. Monthly Tuition Payments

• All monthly tuition payments must be made in advance.
• Payments grant access to classes, learning materials, and CBT practice for the selected period.
• Once the month has started and the student has access to the learning platform, payments for that month are generally non-refundable.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare situations, PC Edu may review refund requests if:

• A duplicate payment was made accidentally.
• A technical error resulted in incorrect billing.
• The academy cancels a course or program.

Refund requests will be reviewed by the academy administration before any decision is made.

5. Payment Method for Refunds

If a refund is approved, the payment will be returned using the same payment method used during the original transaction where possible. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
