1. Introduction

Welcome to PC Edu. By registering as a student or parent on our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the use of our learning platform, services, courses, and CBT practice systems.

2. Registration & Admission

Students must complete the official registration process before gaining access to courses, classes, or CBT practice on the platform.

• All students are required to pay a registration/admission fee after registration.
• Registration is only considered complete after the admission fee is confirmed.
• Parents may register their children and manage their accounts through the parent dashboard.
• Students must provide accurate information during registration.

3. Payment Policy

PC Edu operates a monthly tuition system. Payments must be made in advance at the beginning of each month.

• All payments must be made through the PC Edu portal.
• Parents can pay for their children directly through the Parent Dashboard.
• Students can also make payments through their Student Dashboard.
• Payments made outside the official portal may not be recognized.

4. Monthly Payment Enforcement

To ensure smooth operation of our learning programs, the academy enforces a strict monthly payment policy.

• Monthly tuition must be paid at the beginning of each month.
• If payment is not completed within the first week of the month, the student dashboard may be temporarily locked.
• Locked accounts will not have access to courses, CBT practice, or learning materials.
• Access will be restored immediately after payment confirmation.
• In-person students who fail to pay their monthly fees may be asked to return home until payment is completed.

5. CBT Practice System

PC Edu provides CBT (Computer-Based Testing) practice for students preparing for examinations such as:

• Common Entrance Examination
• SSCE
• WAEC
• NECO
• JAMB / UTME

Students are expected to use the CBT platform responsibly and strictly for learning purposes.

6. Student Responsibilities

• Students must maintain respectful conduct during online or in-person classes.
• Students must not share their login credentials with others.
• Any attempt to cheat, hack, or misuse the platform may lead to suspension.
• Students must follow the instructions of instructors and administrators.

7. Acceptable Use of the Platform

Users must not use the PC Edu platform to:

• Upload harmful or illegal content
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the system
• Share copyrighted materials without permission
• Impersonate another student or user

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

PC Edu strives to provide reliable educational services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. The academy is not responsible for temporary service interruptions caused by technical issues, internet problems, or maintenance.

9. Changes to These Terms

PC Edu reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified when significant changes are made.
